He studied the Bachelor’s Degree in Law at Universidad Iberoamericana CDMX and later attended to the practical case law program at Universidad Panamericana  Santa Fe Campus, graduating in both cases with merits.

He served as an Associate mainly in  Corporate and Real Estate practice for important global firms based in Mexico City, specializing in the acquisition, development and due diligence of real estate such as shopping malls, housing developments, hotels, as well as in matters related to real estate trusts and advisory on highly complex ejido operations, thus being qualified to represent clients in detail regarding these matters.

Similarly, he served as LATAM Legal Director and Compliance Officer for a global FINTECH with markets in 5 different countries, expanding his practice and knowledge of financial and anti-money laundering law.

Likewise, his proficiency in English language has allowed him to work as a Foreign Attorney in labor matters for a firm in Los Angeles, California, therefore he is qualified to carry out transactions and serve international clients.

He is an active member of the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE), Querétaro section.
