He studied a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at Universidad Panamericana, to later pursue a Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences with an emphasis in Economic Law at the same institution. He is a registered lawyer and certified by the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE), Querétaro section, where he also serves as a member of the council.

Additionally, he has complemented his education with multiple certification courses taught by various institutions, highlighting the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).

He has participated in advising and representing government and corporate clients in various practices of Law, such as regulatory, administrative, infrastructure, transactional, negotiation, economic competition, and telecommunications.

He currently holds a professorship at the ITESM campus Querétaro, and has given various conferences on Damages, Economic Competition and Regulated Sectors.
