He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad del Valle de México (2010) where he was awarded for having one of the highest averages of his class; Likewise, due to his high academic performance during his time in university, he became a professorship assistant and substitute professor for the Administrative and Fiscal Law lecture for one academic year.

He attended the International Master Degree of Climate Change Law and Sustainable Development at the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom, which was fully sponsored by the National Council of Science and Technology due to his academic excellence, becoming one of the first scholarship holders to receive support, for law studies from said Institution.

He has studied several courses regarding the implementation of measures for sustainable development such as the use of Solar Water Heating Systems and the Design of Photovoltaic Solar Installations.

Similarly, he has attended various international lectures related to the environment, sustainability, and climate change.

In addition to the foregoing, he has represented different companies in processing and obtaining environmental authorizations, licenses, and permits for the exercise of their activities, among which are those related to electricity, oil & gas, natural gas and renewable energy industries.

He has also served in advising and representing government and corporate clients (national and international) in various practices of Law, such as: civil, commercial, administrative, amparo, regulatory and arbitration.

On the other hand, within the public sector he has collaborated in matters of Administrative and Energy Law, holding positions in the Federal Court of Fiscal Justice and in the Ministry of Energy, the latter where he participated in the negotiation and drafting of various treaties, agreements, and memorandums of understanding, both, international and institutional.
